Shipments are sent by USPS (US Postal Service). We will send a confirmation email at the time of shipping with a tracking number. Please note that some of our products are oversized and require extra care to pack. These items are excluded from any free shipping deals or specials.

Once your item has been shipped and left our studio, we no longer assume responsibility for that item.

Please take advantage of the tracking information. We will email you with every package sent from USPS, so you will be aware of when your package will be delivered. Once you receive your package, please open it IMMEDIATELY and, if it appears damaged, contact us livewhereitmakesyouhappy@gmail.com – so we may resolve your issue as soon as possible.

We insure all shipments; if you receive a broken or damaged product, send us a photo of the product, and we will file a claim with the mail carrier for you. Please email the studio at livewhereitmakesyouhappy@gmail.com for further instructions for broken or damaged products.

Because our products are handcrafted, minor variations are a natural and expected part of the process, making each piece uniquely yours.

Payment is processed at the time of purchase. If you need to request a cancellation or return, please contact us at livewhereitmakesyouhappy@gmail.com.

For in-stock items, returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase with a receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, and a restocking fee may apply. We insure all outgoing shipments and require insurance on returned goods. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces are final sales and cannot be returned.
